Operations Overview

Superior Midstream operates our business in the following geographic areas: the Texas/Oklahoma panhandle, Central/Western Oklahoma, Southeastern Oklahoma, Southeast Texas, Kansas and Appalachia, which includes Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Superior Midstream owns and operates natural gas gathering and processing facilities and natural gas treating plants along with over 3,700 miles of pipeline.

Bellmon Plant

The Bellmon gathering and processing facility consists of a cryogenic processing plant, over 13,000 HP central compression and dehydration capabilities. The low-pressure gathering system features over 6,000 HP of field compression and over 210 miles of 6 to 16-inch pipelines gathering gas from Kay, Osage, Pawnee, Grant, and Garfield counties in north central Oklahoma. The Bellmon processing facility has a total processing capacity of 30 MMcf/d with the residue gas being delivered into the Southern Star Pipeline. The natural gas liquids are delivered to ONEOK’s Medford fractionation facility via Superior’s 20 plus miles of natural gas liquids line.

Cashion Plant

The Cashion gathering and processing facility consists of cryogenic processing plants and Is a low pressure gathering system that gathers gas from Logan, Oklahoma, Canadian, and Kingfisher counties in central Oklahoma. The Cashion processing facility has a total processing capacity of approximately 105 MMcf/d with residue gas being delivered into Oklahoma Gas Transportation and Southern Star pipelines. The natural gas liquids are delivered into ONEOK’s liquid pipeline for transportation to the Conway and Mt. Belvieu fractionation facilities.

Hemphill Plant

The Hemphill gathering and processing facility consists of three cryogenic processing plants, over 28,000 HP of central compression and dehydration capabilities. The low pressure gathering system features over 23,000 HP of field compression and over 325 miles of 4 to 12 inch pipelines gathering gas from Hemphill and Roberts counties in the Texas Panhandle. The Hemphill facility has a total processing capacity of 135 MMcf/d and residue gas is delivered into Westex, Southern Star and Northern Natural Gas pipelines. The Natural gas liquids are delivered into ONEOk’s liquid pipeline to be processed at the Conway and Mt. Belvieu fractionation facilities.

Minco Plant

The Minco gathering and processing facility consists of one cryogenic processing plant, 2500 HP of central compression, and dehydration facilities. The low pressure gathering system has several field boosters and gathers gas through 145 miles of 3 to 12 inch pipelines from Oklahoma, Cleveland, Canadian, and Grady Counties in Oklahoma. The Minco processing facility has a total processing capacity of 12 MMcf/d with residue gas being delivered into Oklahoma Gas Transportation pipeline. The liquids are delivered into ONEOK’s liquids line to be processed at the Conway and Mt. Belvieu fractionation facilities.

Segno

The Segno gathering system is comprised of a mixture of low and high pressure pipelines, compression and a centralized dehydration facility located in Polk, Hardin and Tyler Counties, Texas.  The gathering system has over 60 miles of pipeline ranging from four to ten inches in diameter.

Cheney Plant

The Cheney gathering system and processing facility consists of an 80 MMcf/d cryogenic processing plant and over 1,700 miles of low pressure gathering lines located in Barber, Comanche, Kiowa, Ford, Edwards, Pratt, Stafford, Kingman and Harper counties in Kansas. The Cheney facility delivers residue gas to MCMC Pipeline and NGL’s to Oneok Hydrocarbon’s.
